What is Beyond Britain?

We are a UK discovery brand — not estate agents and not a portal. We help British residents plan a move abroad: curated developments and intelligence, introductions to vetted partners for viewings and completion, and access to specialists who can help fund the move, sell a UK property or arrange overseas mortgages. You stay in control; we connect the dots.

Can you help fund my move, sell my UK home or arrange a mortgage?

Yes — through partners we trust. We introduce regulated mortgage brokers (UK and overseas), currency specialists and advisers who work with British sellers remortgaging or releasing equity for an overseas purchase. We do not provide financial advice ourselves; we make warm introductions and stay involved so nothing falls between the cracks.

How do viewings and trips work?

We do not run viewing trips ourselves. When you are ready, we connect you with the local partner on the development or in the region — they arrange hosted visits, transfers and the schedule on the ground. Most buyers take 6–18 months from first email to keys; there is no pressure to visit before you are ready.

How are you paid?

Typically by the developer or partner on completion — not out of your pocket. You can always choose your own lawyer or broker; we only introduce people we have worked with before. We will always be clear about who pays whom before you commit.

Why mostly Spain right now?

Spain is the most reachable, best-connected market for UK buyers — and where most of our current partner network sits. Portugal, Cyprus and Dubai are on the roadmap; the Club and intelligence cover the wider picture.
